Okay, this actually sounds very entertaining and cool! I'll have to stick it on my non-fiction TBR – I rarely read anything history related but this appeals to me!

I'm not the biggest non-fiction fan, got enough material for college, but this one actually sounds really interesting. It's an interesting angle, taking the perspective of the mistress. Good to hear you enjoyed it as well! Good luck with the rest of your reading during Non-fiction November!

This sounds like such a fun book, I love it! And your hair looks great!

I want to read this more now because of Nell Gwynne. I learned a few things about her when I was in London, and would love to know more. She seems pretty awesome. There is a pub named for her and I wish I had gone in for a drink.

I expected some Salt-N-Pepa in this video, luckily you didn't disappoint. This book sounds really interesting, but I don't like the sound of that writing style.

Hahah – NICE little dance! 😀 This book sounds quite interesting – its always difficult to pick a structure with books like that, but it sounds like she picked one that works okay! 🙂
I actually just uploaded my #NonfictionNovember TBR and recommendations – its such a great idea, Olive – I mean, so many people are 'scared' of nonfiction, thinking its boring – so this is a great way to get the message out that nonfiction really can be very interesting 🙂

I loved your intro to this video and your hair. and despite its flaws this book sounds awesome! adding to my wishlist.

This sounds like such a fun book, even with its structural issues. It's going to go on my holiday non-fiction tbr as it sounds like a great vacation read!

  9. Alisya E says:

That book sounds hilarious. I've discovered that when reading nonfiction books I can't multitask or I'll miss a lot of the message. With fiction I can watch tv in the background or read with people talking but not with nonfiction. Maybe when I become more experienced with it that will change. Currently I'm reading Daring Greatly by Brene Brown then I want to read Quiet per your recommendation.
